Yes, mandana also offers gift vouchers. You can choose between a physical voucher and a digital voucher. So that you’re not left empty-handed, you’ll receive the voucher by email straight away once you’ve paid, even if you have chosen a physical voucher. If you’ve chosen a physical voucher, this will be sent to you as an envelope by post as quickly as possible. You can also decide for yourself which value of voucher you want to buy.

Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is shown on each voucher. You can find more information about our vouchers and the conditions of use in our terms and conditions.

It’s easy to redeem the voucher online at www.mandana-jewellery.com. There is no minimum order value To redeem the voucher, enter your personal voucher code in the ‘Voucher code’ box in the basket when you place your order. Our general terms and conditions apply to voucher redemption. The gift card amount cannot be exchanged for cash.

When you make an order, the remaining value of your gift voucher stays on the voucher. You can view the total value of your voucher at any time at [URL]. Please enter your personal voucher code in the box. You can find the code on your digital voucher and on the printed paper version.

Yes, you can use multiple vouchers in one order. Simply enter the voucher codes in the ‘Voucher code’ box in the basket when you place your order and apply them to your order.
Your gift voucher is valid for all products in our shop, so you can spend it on whatever your heart desires.
You can still exchange an item if you have bought it by gift card. Keep your voucher code until you have decided whether you want to keep your order. If you return items to us, we will credit the voucher with the amount you redeemed for the order. You can then use this amount the next time you make an order.

Shipping and delivery

Insured shipping for your mandana order is always free of charge.

Every mandana order is shipped via express delivery with UPS.

Yes, your package will always be sent insured with UPS. For security reasons, the package must also be received and signed for by the person who bought the jewellery from mandana.

If your parcel appears to have been lost, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please have your order number and/or invoice number to hand. You can reach our customer service team by phone on +49 201 437 848 - 00, via chat from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, or via the  contact form on our website.

Orders and payment

We usually dispatch your order within 2–3 working days of receiving payment. Delivery times with our courier, UPS, are typically 1–3 working days within the EU. However, we have no control over the actual delivery time in individual cases or for international shipments, as this can vary due to differing customs regulations in individual countries. 

If you have ordered a mandana voucher and opted for a physical envelope by post, the delivery date cannot be specified exactly and depends on the delivery times of the courier service in your region.

You can change your delivery or billing address in your customer account at any time. Please note, however, that any changes will only apply to future orders. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery or billing address for orders that have already been placed.

A cancellation or subsequent change of your order is unfortunately not possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can of course return or exchange it. You can find more information on returns under Returns and exchanges.

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your mandana account. You can view the status of your current order under the ‘Orders’ section.
